Tell me what you want and I’ll set up alerts so new listings reach you when they hit the MLS, not days later on a portal.
Know the number before you offer
Before you write an offer I pull the comparable sales and tell you what the house is worth, including when that’s less than the asking price.
Write an offer that holds up
Price is only part of it. Terms, timing and a clean offer matter, and I talk to the listing agent before we submit so we know what they’re weighing.
Get to closing
Utah purchase contracts run on deadlines for due diligence, financing and appraisal. I track every one so nothing slips.
