This is Salt Lake's west side: Fairpark along the Jordan River north of North Temple, and Rose Park north of it. The TRAX Green Line runs down North Temple to the airport.
Rose Park was started in 1947 as affordable brick homes for World War II veterans, on streets laid out in the shape of a rose. Most homes are 1940s to 1960s ranches and mid-century houses, on larger lots than older Salt Lake neighborhoods.
The single-family median in ZIP 84116 was about $475,000 in the second quarter of 2026 and the condo median about $248,000, the lowest of any Salt Lake City ZIP code (Salt Lake Board of Realtors).
Salt Lake City School District, with West High School.
This is the most affordable part of the city, with the most change coming. Call or text me at (385) 318-3259.
